You can delete your data from HappyPing at any time.
Delete it yourself
- Contacts and conversations: open Contacts or the Inbox and delete them.
- A connected WhatsApp number or Facebook Page: open WhatsApp Accounts and remove it. Its access token is deleted immediately.
- Your whole account: ask us as below and we delete it for you.
Ask us to delete it
Send your request from the email address on your account (use the contact page), with your account email and the phone number or Page you connected. We confirm the request and delete your account data within 30 days, except records we must keep by law, such as invoices.
If you logged in with Facebook
You can also remove our app in your Facebook settings (Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and websites). That stops our access straight away; ask us as above to delete the data already stored.
Your customers
If you are a customer of a business that uses HappyPing and want your messages deleted, please contact that business first. You can also contact us and we will pass your request on.
