These terms govern your use of the Service provided by HappyPing. By creating an account you agree to them.

Your account

You must give accurate information, keep your password safe and are responsible for everything done in your workspace, including by teammates you invite.

Acceptable use

• Message only people who have agreed to hear from you, and honour every request to stop (we block numbers that reply STOP).
• Follow the WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy, the WhatsApp Commerce Policy and Meta's terms.
• No spam, scams, illegal goods, harassment or content that infringes others' rights.

We may suspend accounts that break these rules or put the Service or other customers at risk.

Meta and messaging charges

Meta may charge your WhatsApp Business account for template messages. Those charges are between you and Meta. Meta can also limit or block numbers that receive poor quality ratings; we cannot override Meta's decisions.

Plans and payment

Paid plans are billed in advance for the period you choose. Prices may change with 30 days' notice. Refunds follow our রিফান্ড নীতি.

Availability

We work to keep the Service running at all times but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted. We are not liable for indirect losses, lost profits or for messages that Meta or a carrier does not deliver.

Ending your account

You can stop using the Service at any time. We may end accounts that break these terms. After an account ends, its data is deleted as described in our Privacy Policy.
